A favorite roadside swimming hole along the scenic U.S. 64 between Franklin and Highlands, Bust Your Butt Falls (AKA Quarry Falls) offers both adventure and easy access. This natural waterfall and plunge pool sits just off the highway, making it a spontaneous stop for brave cliff jumpers, swimmers, and sunbathers alike. While the falls aren’t officially marked with signage, you’ll often find locals and visitors gathered here on hot days to cool off in the mountain-fed waters. Parking is limited and the rocks can be slippery—so bring water shoes and use caution. It’s a refreshing thrill just minutes from downtown Franklin.
