Pumpkin Patches, Corn Mazes and Fall Fun

The Gem Capital is renowned for its fall-themed activities. It’s not just beautiful mountain views enhanced by the changing of the Autumn leaves across every landscape. This mountain town goes out of its way for outdoor fun for the whole family. Sometimes it’s wholesome and entertaining, and sometimes it’s heart-pumping and a little scary.

To experience it all, you’ll want to explore every corn maze, pumpkin patch, and haunted hay ride before Fall is over.

Corn Maze and Spooky Delights

Founded in 2007, H&H Farmstand is a major producer of food and fun. Just west of town on Highway 64, this 500-acre farm annually creates a unique corn maze for visitors to enjoy. Covering more than 11 acres, this maze twists and turns through the corn stalks, tracing the outline of a custom design. And on the last two Saturday nights in October, H&H turns into a Haunted Corn Maze, featuring spooky decorations, haunted lighting, and a few real life frights!

When you find your way out of the Corn Maze, check out the 10-acre “U Pick” Pumpkin Patch, filled with gourds of all colors, shapes, and sizes. And, don’t forget the farm shop, where you’ll find decadent fall treats like Caramel Apple Ice Cream Floats or soft serve Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream (available every weekend in October). Yeah, we went there….Pumpkin Spice!
