Enjoy ample parking, then stroll down Main St. and surrounding areas to enjoy the unique shops, all while supporting small businesses in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Best shopping center ever!

Winter Wonderland

The first night of Winter Wonderland takes over historic downtown Franklin on Saturday, November 30. This special event features the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, when the 22-foot tall Christmas Tree on the Square is illuminated for all to enjoy through the holidays. The night also features the Town of Franklin’s Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and the Annual Candlelight Service. The celebration will include free carriage rides, holiday sales at the shops on Main Street, Christmas window displays and decor, Winter Wonderland dining at downtown restaurants, and even a visit from Santa himself! (Don’t forget it’s also Small Business Saturday, so prepare to do a little more shopping while you enjoy the decorations.)

Each year, Franklin’s Annual Christmas Parade brings the spirit of the season to life on Main Street. Scores of local businesses and organizations come together to create a magical procession of sparkling floats, festive vehicles, and Christmas characters all moving to the music through historic downtown.
