Here at Bent Willow we specialize in offering handcrafted batches of slow fermented, wild yeast cultured breads. Loaves are made with organic flours, water, sea salt, and a bit of magic. We believe in honoring each ingredient and the processes we use. We feel that food is at the heart of a community, so come as you are, have a seat at our table.
Our hours are Thursday and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
