Vito’s Franklin Pizza Tavern is a family-owned Franklin favorite serving hand-tossed pizzas, Italian classics, subs, salads and shareable appetizers in a casual tavern setting. Many of Vito’s staples are made from scratch, including the pizza dough, red sauce, meatballs and Italian sausage, using family recipes passed down for more than 50 years.
The menu features build-your-own and specialty pizzas, including the meat-loaded Sasquatch, veggie-packed Tree Hugger, classic Caprese, spicy-sweet Fire on the Mountain with hot honey, and Jimmy Pesto with chicken, caramelized onion and pesto. A 10-inch cauliflower crust and vegan cheese are also available.
Beyond pizza, Vito’s serves Italian favorites including spaghetti and house-made meatballs, chicken and eggplant parmigiana, manicotti and ravioli, along with toasted meatball, sausage, chicken and veggie subs. Starters include garlic knots, wings, mozzarella sticks, cheesy breadsticks, house-made meatballs and whipped feta dip.
Vito’s also offers a full bar with domestic and microbrews, rotating draft beer, wine and specialty drinks. It’s a relaxed choice for pizza and Italian food, casual family dining, drinks with friends, or takeout in Franklin.
