Included:
- The venue Is yours four hours the day before, the whole day for the event and the next day until noon to have it cleaned up.
- 30 8′ rectangular tables (seats 8-10)
- 1860″ round tables (seats 8 comfortably)
- 250 white plastic chair – the white chairs can be used outside
- 200 metal with wood seat chairs. Wood chairs can only be used inside.
- There is a sound system for background music only it is not sufficient for a DJ. DJs need to bring their own sound system.
- There is an area for the caterers to set up that is available to use. It has two refrigerators but all food needs to prepared elsewhere.
There is also an area for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready and another area for the groom and groomsmen to get ready. This is made available for you on the day of the event
